What Are The Problems With Recent MN Education Bill?

In this video we disuss the recent education bill passed by the MN legislature. What are the problems we see if this bill and what should be done to improve the ranking of our students compared to the rest of the world. The rankiing of U.S. students have fallen consistently over the last few decades in spite of the fact we spend more money per student than almost any other country.
